

CarillionEnterprise Ltd (C-E) was created in 2005 to deliver the Regional Prime Contract Central to Defence Estates.
The contract was awarded to C-E, a joint venture between Carillion and Enterprise, on 2nd November 2005. The contracted rate was £500 million over seven years. The Prime Contractor responsible for delivering Core Services (generally the maintenance of assets and facility management) and Core Works (new build or refurbishment works) at Ministry of Defence establishments across the Central region, covering West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, North East of England and the whole of Wales.
